Creating a character on CrushOn AI is free for all users. The character card you write determines whether your AI character delivers consistent, immersive conversations or generic, repetitive ones. Finding the Character Creator

Web (crushon.ai): Look for a Create button (pencil or "+" icon) in the left sidebar navigation. Click "Create Character" from the menu.

• One or two verbal habits or speech patterns
• Emotional response patterns (how the character expresses anger, happiness, nervousness)
• One internal contradiction that makes the character feel human

Backstory

150-300 words covering: cultural/geographic origin, one or two formative events, current situation, one unresolved tension. Anchor the character's present behavior in past context.

Initial Greeting Message

Write this in the character's voice — not as a description of the character. Show personality in the first line rather than describing it.
